Hello! We are Nancy & Lynn
We are best friends and co-owners of Lifelong Photovation. We have been friends since first grade & photographers since we can remember! We bring photos together to create legacies that will last forever through organization, digitization, and photo books. We hope to preserve our memories for our kids so they can showcase their memories to their children one day. We consider legacy is how you want to be remembered and what you want future generations to know about you. We all have a story to tell.
A Lifelong Friendship
Since we became friends in first grade, we have done nearly everything together, from growing up, getting married, having kids, & running a business together! Along the way we have taken thousands of photos to keep our memories of our families & our experiences for a lifetime. Whether it is in Paris seeing the sights or in Erie at a sporting event, we are taking photos. Our friendship has been one awesome adventure! So we continue with our life’s journey and are so happy being able to help others with their stories.
Nancy’s Family
I never want to miss a picture-perfect moment. My love of photos & stories is what I am most passionate about. That is why I started with Creative Memories in 1997. I want people to help preserve & enjoy their memories & continue to help clients with their photos. With the rise of digital photos popularity, Lynn & I started Lifelong Photovation & became Certified Photo Organizers in 2014.
My husband, John, & I were born & raised in Erie. We have been married for 28 years & have three, grown, children, 25, 23, & 20 & a new puppy! When I get extra time, I enjoy working on my own photos, cooking, and fitness. Traveling to see my kids & being with friends but most importantly, my family.
Photos transport you back in time & allow you to relive the feeling you had from that moment. I spent my life documenting my family’s stories through photos. I make it my mission to always have my camera in hand at all family events. Capturing the moments & sharing them with others. We all have a story to tell & I want to help you tell yours.
Lynn’s Family
When I was eight years old my parents bought me my first Kodak Instamatic Camera and that’s when I fell in love with taking photos. Little did I know, that I was carrying on my grandfather’s legacy as he was an amateur photographer and created many family scrapbooks. I have safely preserved those photos and will treasure them always. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my own family enjoy our photo collection. You see, it’s all about connection. Photos remind us of people, places, feelings and stories. They help us know who we are.
I have lived in Erie, PA my whole life. I’ve been married to my college sweetheart Mike 26 years, and have two grown sons and a little West Highland white terrier. In 2010 technology was ever-changing. I saw that people needed help managing their photos. I became a Certified Photo Organizer and started this business with Nancy in 2014.
In my spare time I enjoy golfing, yoga, health & fitness, traveling, reading and of course photography. I enjoy the connections I make with clients and love hearing their family stories; it truly does make this work so meaningful.
